Sweet Momma Product Return and Booking PolicyArriving at Sweet MommaPlease arrive a minimum of 15 - 20 minutes before your appointment. If it is your first time to our spa you will need to fill out some paper work, arriving a few minutes early will also give you extra time to relax and have a beverage before your treatment. Unfortunately, if you arrive late time will be taken off your treatment. Booking an appointmentPlease book early, we will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible. However, to avoid disappointment schedule your appointments at least two weeks in advance. Longer notice may be required for packages, evening or weekend bookings. When you book we may ask for a valid credit card or gift card number to reserve your spot. Cancelling an appointmentWe understand that sometimes you cannot make it to an appointment. However, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If you choose not to show up or give us less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for the full fee of the service. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, and if we do not hear from you within 24 hours all your scheduled appointments in the future will also be cancelled. Friends and family booking policyWe understand that many of our clients are treated to a wonderful spa service during their pregnancy by those who care about them. However, if you would like to book an appointment for someone else we do require the bookings to be prepaid in full at the time the service is booked. Another great option is to buy a gift certificate. Merchandise ReturnsAll sales are final, merchandise sold at Sweet Momma including gift cards and bath and body products are non-returnable and non-refundable. |
