Arriving at Sweet Momma
Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving early will give you extra time to do any paperwork and relax before your treatment. Unfortunately, if you arrive late time will be taken off your treatment.
Booking an appointment
Please book early, we will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible. Schedule your appointment at least two weeks in advance, longer notice may be required for packages, evening or weekend bookings.
Friends and family booking policy
If you would like to book an appointment for someone other than yourself we do require the bookings to be prepaid in full at the time the service is booked. Another great option is to buy a gift certificate.
Booking Policy
We require 24 hours notice for all single appointment changes and 48 hours notice for package appointment changes (this policy applies to both cancellations and rescheduled appointments). Appointments modified with less than 24/48 hours notice are subject to the full price of the service. A credit card or gift card number is required to make a booking at Sweet Momma for the first time.
No show appointments are charged at full price.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons bath and body products are not returnable or exchangeable. Other items, such as clothing and gift items can be exchanged for another product or store/spa credit. Finally, gift cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
